TruckEasy ("we", "our", or "us") operates an AI-powered trucking management platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT
  • Account information: name, email, company name, phone number
  • Business data: loads, driver records, invoices, broker contacts
  • Email data: when you connect Gmail or Outlook, we read freight-related emails (load tenders, rate confirmations, PODs) to automate your operations
  • Usage data: pages visited, browser type, log data
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
  • To operate and provide the TruckEasy platform
  • To automate dispatch, invoicing, and document processing on your behalf
  • To send SMS and email notifications related to your loads
  • To improve and develop our services
EMAIL ACCESS
When you connect a Gmail or Outlook account, TruckEasy accesses your inbox solely to read and process freight-related emails. We do not read, store, or share personal emails unrelated to your trucking operations. You can disconnect your email account at any time from the Settings page.
DATA SHARING
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with third-party services required to operate TruckEasy (cloud hosting, SMS providers, email delivery). These providers are contractually obligated to keep your data secure and confidential.
DATA SECURITY
We use industry-standard encryption and security practices. All data is stored on secure infrastructure provided by Supabase and Railway.
DATA RETENTION
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting us at agency@truckeasy.org.
YOUR RIGHTS
